PROPERTIES

WHERE TO USE

  • Interior wood infected or in good condition : vertical/horizontal surfaces (paneling, stairs, flooring, furnitures,…)
  • Exterior wood infected or in good condition : vertical surfaces (cladding, window and door frames…) except broad leaved woods ie oak, chesnut, ash…
  • Meets class 1, 2 and 3a

APPLICATION

  • Wood in good conditions : apply liberal application until wood is saturated or apply by garden sprayer. Ensure all end grains are well saturated.
  • Infected wood in sound condition : areas that have been weakened by infestation should bec ut out and repaired using a suitable wood repair system or a new piece of wood fitted. Liberally apply Sanixyl until wood is saturated including end grain.
  • Severely infected wood : drill every 20cms for large sections and 40 cms for small sections and inject Sanixyl. Follow with liberal application over entire surface.

  • Clean tools thoroughly and immediately after application

OWATROL Deks Olje D1 1 Liter

DEKS olje DEKS olje D1 and D2 are the products in the Wooden Boat Wooden Boat Building and renovation, or restoration. But especially DEKS olje D1 has also been effective in the preservation of hard to be impregnated hardwoods and very dense, oily woods. DEKS olje D1 completely soaked wood due to its thinness and its unique and unmatched creep. DEKS olje D1 displaced air and moisture present to the outside, surrounds and fills the pores of the wood, the wood fibers. DEKS olje D1 dried in large layer thickness completely and remains permanently elastic. In addition, after complete drying, the water absorption and thus shrinking and swelling of the wood is prevented. DEKS olje D1 is not vulnerable to fungus or saponification. On the contrary the wood with DEKS olje D1 is inside elastic and alive obtained by the model ungefällter trees.
